I'm nearly ready to welcome you to my new shop at Woodend Mill on Friday and Saturday. Shelving went up today and I'm enjoying getting it filled up with lots of gorgeous yarns.
I had a delivery from West Yorkshire Spinners including their brand new colour lab sock DK which comes in six pretty colours. What a great yarn for new sock knitters - it works up quickly and looks great. There is even a free pattern by Winwick Mum on the WYS website. I can't wait to knit a pair to show you.
I also had some of the fabulously soft WYS Pure Falkland Island yarn and Fleece Bluefaced Leicester in lovely natural colours. I wonder what we shall be knitting with these?
I have also got some KnitPro Mindful Collection interchangeable needles and cables - chosen particularly because they have a swivel to prevent them curling awkwardly during use. Now that I use circular needles for most of my knitting I am looking forward to testing these out.
