Sock Yarns and Accessories

I love knitting socks!

The limited number of stitches make them a great way to try out patterns and yarns whilst producing something wonderful in a short space of time.  The second sock is an opportunity to perfect any new techniques.  Whilst they make lovely personal gifts, I can rarely bear to part with any I make.  I also enjoy making 'mini' versions with the leftover yarns which you can view in the shop.

I prefer to use double-pointed needles for sock-making, but short (28 or 30cm) circulars or long circulars (magic loop technique) are also popular.
